Factory Direct Bath Tubs uses Roadway as its primary shipper for freight items while smaller items such as faucets and shower panels are shipped by USPS or UPS. We offer standard ground shipping methods.

Freight items are shipped with insurance for free to your curb without a lift gate to locations within the continental US. Call e-mail us for other locations. When your product arrives please ensure you open the crate and inspect for damage before... the driver leaves. In the unlikely event that your shipment should sustain damage please refuse the shipment and contact us ASAP. Please note that once you sign the shipping documents you will have relieved both us and the freight company of any damage liability. Your signature on the delivery documents are a legal binding contract.

Most shipments arrive within 5 to 7 days of their shipping date. Every effort is made to ship your order the same day it is placed; however, it may take up to three business days to ready your package for shipment. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.PST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you place an order after our normal business hours, we consider the following business day as day one. As an example, if you place an order on Saturday, the latest an in stock item would ship would be end of day Wednesday. Once the product is shipped, the freight company controls how long it will take to get to you. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is out of stock, and needs to back ordered, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date by email.

Please note, we do not delivery to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes, you must included your street address when placing an order to include contact phone number.
